Breathtaking views, with the beach and the Fife Coastal Path at the foot of the garden. No roads to cross!

The East Neuk's favourable weather and amazing access to the out of doors make it an ideal destination for a rural retreat.

Interesting facts:

• Our house is 'back to front', with the main rooms overlooking the garden, park and sea views.
• It's on a quiet street, and has access to the beach from both sides of the house!
• There is a lovely beach front park, with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the view, and a wonderful sea side playground.
• The ultimate in rural coastal views, the sea, the park with historic 'doocot' and the sheep's green...it really is the view that has it all! The whole view and nothing but the view! An amazing montage captured by my neighbour at Sandcastle Cottage.
